Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. All appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a Cancellation Fee which may equal a minimum of 50 % up to 100% of the service charge. Clients that do not show up for the appointment will be considered a No Show and will incur a No Show Fee which may equal 100% of the service. Cancellation or No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the next appointment. We understand that unavoidable circumstances may cause you to have to cancel or be unable to show up to your appointment. Fees in these instances may be waived or applied to the next scheduled service. All cancellations without rescheduling may result in loss of applied discounts for future appointments. All package sessions must be rescheduled within 10 days to apply package discounts. Additional fees may apply to reschedule package sessions.
