Service Description

3 hour session In-person only* (schedule Free 15 min Connection Call prior to your first session) After a quick check in to discuss the purpose of the session, Rev. Abhaya will customize a healing session that includes all the tools available to her. Rev. Abhaya will offer an opening prayer to establish the intent of the session, then will guide you in resetting the nervous system, to connect inward and experience that its possible to access deep inner peace, presence and hear your Soul's wisdom. She will alchemize any emotions, thoughts or complex patterns that are disturbing your body and mind's past, present or future vision. Note taking is encouraged and Journaling time is offered at the end of the session to help you recall the wisdom shared and the important actions that are suggested for you to enact in your daily life. Includes time to demonstrate and share specific breathing techniques and supported Yoga postures to assist with the Soul Recalibration process. *Recording is not available for in-person sessions.
